Pros & Cons
Pros
The coating is amazing, no need for oil and pretty resilient. Sautés beautifully. The only bad thing is the top pan scuffed the bottom during shipping.
They heat evenly and clean up without scrubbing. Easy cleanup in soap and water. The lids are vented too, so there's no need to leave the lid cocked to the side.
Henckels, a 10 inch for $ 76. The build quality is top-notch. The pans have a nice heft to them without being too heavy.
