Pros

Sautés beautifully. I get beautiful sears again and nothing is burning to the bottom of the pan.

Henckels, a 10 inch for $ 76. They're definitely worth it, and you almost assuredly won't regret this purchase. The build quality is top-notch and comfortable to handle.

Cons
