Pros

Since this one is a little heavier / thicker, the heating is better and more even. The skillets are triple ply for even heat distribution and they are stainless on the outside so they do not scar my electric ceramic cooktop. These pans perform great!

I also bought one of those red copper pans to try against this one and it is equally as non stick as this one but is a thinner lighter material
