Color is excellent when not dimmed is great compared with original halogen bulb and was a first choice compared sidebyside with 4 other led bulbs to halogen when dimmed these light bulbs have no buzzing sound which made them a first choice other manufacturers when used with appropriate highend lutron dimmer that works with several other identical specification led gu10 2700k bulbs

Put 4 of them on the front of our houseboat and had to point them down because the blinded everyone on the dock

If you want to halogen color go for 2700 kcolor temperature not 3000 they are more like a medium cold white
