However the quality and value exceeded my expectations.

This is really a great popper and i am so impressed with the customer service of the company.

The appearance was simialr tothe other brand, but the quality is much, much higher.

I’m amazed with the detail of the machine and stunning looks.

Shipping was fast and without any problem.

Packaging/appearance

Packaging was good and assembly was relatively easy.

You just wipe out the kettle occasionally, wipe the interior glass to keep it looking nice, and it's easy to care for.

I agree with others here that the packaging from the manufacturer could be better.

If i were to do it again, i probably would have just got the maxi-matic 8oz popper with stand for $200.

Competitiveness

While this is an 8oz machine, you can always buy the smaller packages and pop less or more as needed.

By then i had discovered the great northern pre-packed popcorn so decided to give theri popcorn machine a try.
