Set up was a breeze and cleaning was just as easy. Cleaning the pot is a bit rough, other than that no problems. The kettle is pretty easy to remove and wipe out. The only con is that it is difficult to get the pot off or back on to the brackets.

Biggest issue i have with this product is the cleaning. Machine actually sits lopsided! I hope that the next unit someone orders is better quality. Very disappointed with amazon.

Popcorn tastes stale and chewy. The kettle is a pain to remove and install.
