Cons
Company wants you to pay for return shipping as well as 20% restocking fee which is a joke. When u check into shipping back, ends up costing a lot.
Motor bearing is made of brass. Stopped working and ineligible for return. Now the warranty is up and basically we are out of luck.

Just make sure you are prepared to be one of the 1 in 5 folks that gets a dud and make sure you replace it while you can on the free returns
