Has been going strong sence. Came in a huge box, no scratches or cracks.
Cons
While i appreciate the replacement, paying over $40 to get it was unfair.
This product is horrible. Just stay away. The other reviews i read are surprisingly bad. Poor quality.

The cotton comes out the top and you have to work to learn how to spin it onto the cone correctly
