This cornmeal is wonderful for making corn muffins and corn bread. The grind is just perfect to make cornbread. It's difficult to find non gmo corn.

Cons

This is a disaster for anyone who wants's the correct grind for corn meal. Cornmeal is still coarse enough to see individual particles, unlike flour. Has a strong old corn smell and taste.
