I found the flour to be very high quality and is very light and works great for making cakes and pastries
Can’t beat the quality of great river organic milling!
All non-chemically treated flour with have bug eggs.

I appreciate great river milling for making it accessible to us at a more affordable price than the grocery stores.
The 25 # bag /# is about a buck!
We paid way to much for a bag full of worms!
Not too cheap, but you get enough for what you pay for which is good.

The sorghum flour came quickly (free shipping), and was packaged well so there was no damage.
Update: 1/16/23: just received my latest order of whole wheat pastry flour.
Packaging/appearance
Like the flavor and quality, packaging was also nice.
It's a quality product, but a 25 lb paper sack is pretty fragile packaging.

I have tried several other organic brands that were far more expensive and this flour is just as good if not better.
I prefer bob's red mill brand for pancakes and waffles because i prefer them heartier and the red mill seems less finely ground.
