It holds the phone tightly over all bumps and rough surfaces and the swivel hardly moves at all

Also the city im in has some very rough roads with lots of bumps but i havent even has close calls of losing my phone out of here

It works quite well but i have it mounted on my boat to put my phone in and i have to tighten it every so often when the phone starts flopping around
