Pros
The flavor is aromatic and warm but not overpowering. It is non-caffeinated, so i add some cashew creamer, which is naturally sweet. This chai is excellent.
The 40 bags come in two 20 each foil pouches and then boxed together. Packaging is minimal which is appreciated. Less waste to the landfill. The tea is well packaged so is always fresh when it arrives.
Good for boosting the immune system. It is incredibly calming. I have a cup in the evening, it relaxes me.
Cons
It takes 2 teabags to get any flavor. Its far less flavorful than what i am accustomed to. There is no flavor whatsoever.

I add ginger and cardamom to it to try to help with the flavor.
Love the robust flavor of the rooibos with the smooth honey added for extra enjoyment!
If it had been worse, i would not have accepted the product.
Idk if that says something about the quality of the tea.
Price
Good taste and very good value for the cost.
Packaging/appearance
Not that packaging matters, but the graphics on the box are totally adorable.
Great packaging and information, they also send you a little sticker, which is very cute.
Paperboard box was punctured, but the inner foil pouches were intact.
Competitiveness
I made a wonderful ice tea with honeybush.
I purchased this because of the health benefits i've read about honeybush tea.

I dont think the tea itself tastes anything like earl grey or black or green tea but my partner did feel like he could detect a citrusy earl grey note in it

The lingering finish on this feels somewhat like camimile tea which i also dont like the taste of

Tea bags are not wrapped individually instead about half are in one sealed bag and the other half in another
