Pros

The product is great. But the label is hard to remove. After i got the sticker off it is really sturdy & functional.

Do yourself a favor and get one. My life was changed. But it still works so meh.

The adhesive glue used seems to be permanent. Took me 20 minutes to scrape it off, a ridiculous error. It's beyond me why anyone sticks a label on the top of any product. Whoever designed this label (and then decided to put in on top of the base part)... Read More

Appearances are deceiving. The sticker is absolutely awful.

The item is flimsy and just a bit too small for the huge paper towel rolls of today. The screw that goes into the bottom of the main support rod for the roll can no longer tighten.

Paper towels go right over the top without having to unscrew the middle post.

The only negative thing to say, and that is why assembly got a bad score, is the product sticker on the visible side of the base.
