Pros

The base is connected to the salt chunk. It is the perfect soothing night light that radiates positive vibrations. The dimmer function allows for a soft soothing glow.

This pyramid himalayan salt lamp is very nice. They look at it and seem to be admiring it. Really love this himalayan lamp.

Cons

The color is so light, it is almost white. The others that i've purchased are much darker peach and give off a nice glow. The item is not lined up with its base - it was glued crooked.
