Pros
Greenlaw has great customer service. It's unfortunate that that is not the norm nowawadays. It’s awesome how you can turn the screen to face wherever you need to at the moment. Very happy customer.
I really enjoy the trackpad on this keyboard. The touchpad makes this really worth it, and the price is good for the product.
Placing the tablet in the cover is an easy and straightforward process. Connecting the keyboard to the tablet via bluetooth is pretty easy as well.
Holds my ipad firmly. The case fully holds your ipad, which snaps into a rubber seating on the side. The outer case feels durable and still looks new.
Magnetic keyboard allows you to tuck the ipad behind the keyboard. It also gives you more positioning options for where you work. There is a slot for her pencil so everything she needs is all together.
Cons
I'm not even sure where to begin to fix the problem this case has caused. This one constantly drops the bluetooth connection and i have to turn both the keyboarand ipad off before i can get it restored. Very disappointed and will be returning.

I guess that's the price you pay for a case and keyboard with battery.

Theres a slot for your pencil which is nice and all the buttons are available and functional in the case but its not easy to move inandout of the keyboard format

Again the keyboard is not part of the case so using this in keyboard format means having to lift and place the keyboard back so that the ipad can be set in a groove inside the case

Folding it up again means lifting the keyboard and dropping it back down before you can wrap it up

Also the cover is very rubbery im sure highly protective but just doesnt feel great to touch
