    After reading all these problematic reviews i took a look at my product and noticed the cutting part of the drill bit should not be engaged with the sheetrock once the initial pilot hole was drilled

    If the cutting part of the drill bit is still engaged it will keep cutting and cutting making the hole bigger and bigger which i think is what may be making the terrible cuts
