Pros

It works wonderfully. It performs as it should. The only drawback is it is a little heavy to lift if you are an older person like myself.

It takes longer, but it’s a healthier way to heat up your food at work. You need to plug this in with the detachable cord to get the food hot and cleanup is easy.

The spill-proof lid is a game-changer. The removable bowl is not only easy to clean but also dishwasher safe. The inner container comes with a silicone lid to seal it, so this allows you to leave the rest of the unit at your office.

A suggestion to improve this electric lunchbox is to make the outer shell insulate the heat better. I appreciate how portable it is, perfect for both office lunches and travel.

Cons

The box was severely damaged when delivered. The * *, they’re hard to press as they are flat against the machine, i find myself fishing around it trying to get it to press. There should not be a constant clicking noise.
