Pros

Great product, great company to do business with. We expect to see improved batteries and prices, so we’re not yet ready to make that investment. Have used it over a month now and no complaints.

Mows my small yard just fine. I have two small lawns, together they take about 30-40 minutes to mow depending on the length of the grass. It's started first try every single mow. Grass catching bag is small and fills quickly.

The cord is sometimes a little inconvenient, but it gets the job done. There is a learning curve for the mowing technique to keep from running over the extension cord. I'd rather do that than have to replace a pricey battery every few years or so.

It's lightweight and easy to push. Not too heavy to carry up and down the stairs. I think we have to muscle it around because our lawn is pretty bumpy.

Mower has a steel cutting deck, it's light to push, and works quite well. Only costs $136 including an extra blade. Easy to adjust the height of the deck with a lever.

Cons

The plastic nuts you use to assemble the handle are a joke.

Do not over tighten screws, if you chew up the phillips head you will never get screws out.

This is a great mower for the price.

But only costs $136 including an extra blade.

For the money, it has not let me down.

Shipping

It arrived with a second "free" blade which pleased me mightily.

Called manufacturer, and they promptly sent parts at no cost in less than 5 days.

Very very responsive since parts had to be shipped to puerto rico!

They were too lazy to deliver it, so i had to drive 25 miles to pick it up, so it wasn't really free shipping.

Packaging/appearance

By the way, the extension cord is not part of the package.

Competitiveness

Love not having to deal with gasoline at home.

Yea, you have to deal with a cord, but it's so worth the alternatives.
