Pros

This trimmer is a beast! We are very happy with this * eater. It works as well as my gas * eater and the battery lasts a long time.

Cons

Phone customer service is really bad. You have to take a picture of your receipt and it must be 2mb in size for downloading and it was rejected. Did not fix the bump problem. Trimmer head cracks and does not fit well.

Update: overall i am very happy with the performance of this trimmer, however the battery charger just quit working.

My one regret was i didn't get the bundle with the blower.

With the thicker line you can cut bigger weeds.
