Pros

It is so easy to get ready to mow. The battery runs long enough to mower the lawn about 1. Acres.

Much easier to not have the cord. One charging while your working.

Bravo on design and operation. Only concern is the small red height indicator on the left side. No real complaints.

It is very light and glides smoothly. The loudest it got was with sticks but that's normal. It is quiet, light and maneuverable.

Cons

Greenworks pro 60v mower is not powerful enough to do a short cut. Takes all afternoon to mow a small lawn. Seems like the mower heats up and dies before the battery wears out.

The battery takes several hours to recharge. Advertises how long the battery lasts which is extremely deceiving since it doesnt come with a battery or charger.

Got disconnected and waited about 25 minutes to get a call back. Red indicate light flashing, after reading the manual, it means temperature not right. Per their website the battery is defective!

Really a great value at its normal price point and a great buy when on sale.

Packaging/appearance

The mower came well packaged and was easy to assemble.

A bit of an inconvenience to pack up the mower, battery, and charger and take it to the shop.

Competitiveness

If i didn't have a trimmer that used the same battery, i would have purchased a different brand that lasted longer.

The technology across multiple brands just isn't there yet.

Just picked up the replacement mower - yes it is a brand new mower.
