Pros

The only real flaw is it over like the chain big time. I am impressed so far, i am a stihl guy but my girlfriend and i have several greenworks products now in the 40v lineup.

Cons

One year later the replacement saw failed with the same problem; a broken motor bracket. The four year warranty is nice but not worth much if the saw keeps breaking. Greenworks support and responses were literally weeks apart, then stopped all togethe... Read More

Customer service is horrible. I am very disappointed, this is not a quality product. Disappointed in amazon also, very difficult to contact them about not receiving an item.
