Quality

I have used this a few times and i’m impressed with the maneuverability and the quietness.

So far, only had this item a few month, i am very impressed!

First run was very happy with the mulching.

With the greenworks mower, i’m often afraid i’m going to break the plastic while trying to get in between bushes.

Price

I don’t think it holds up well as far as the battery charge to mow more than my old earthwise and i really think the price was a bit pricy!

Shipping

One note about shipping, the front plastic decorative piece on the mower was broken off in shipping.

So more attention could be paid to how the product is packaged for shipping.

Packaging/appearance

I feel it mows very well, is light weight enough for a small female to push it and it was very easy to assemble out of the box.

Competitiveness

I had a small greenworks lawnmower before, and this is a wonderful upgrade.

This tool has worked flawlessly as have all my greenworks tools.
