Pros
It cuts real nice and through thicker stuff that i assumed a electric could not cut through. Made well, handles well and there is plenty of cutting power. Never need to worry about dirty carbuerators or gasoline issues again.
The 40 volt battery lasts longer than i expected and can be quickly charged. Despite being on the heavy side, this trimmer is a great product. A few bushes are over 15' tall so i just add the extensions and do the job.
Cons
Greenworks hedge trimmer is not up to the job. Battery is stuck and blade won't move. Second trimmer has also jammed and won't work.

Price
Decided i didn’t want to spend +$450 on ego multi-tool w/hedge trimmer and went for this greenworks hedge trimmer for <$150.
I’m keeping it because i only use it occasionally and it’s a great value.

The tool is well made but they put the motor on the base of the trim head so the trimmer is heavy in your hands since you are lifting the motor as you maneuver the trimmer head

Had to grab my gerber tool and use the pliers to pull the metal part downward and the sides outward to get it to open up large enough to latch

If it wasnt for this inconvenience i would have rated it a 5 since i thought about returning it before figuring out a solution

Did return the 80v because it was too heavy and didn’t need the extra length
