Highlights
Quality
The build quality is solid and the drill feels great in the hand to use.
It is well made and of high quality and i expect this will last me a very long time.
It has so much torque that even with the clutch set it will strip lower quality screws before they even start to bite into material.
Managed to drill through some tough materials with drill bit lube used and didnt dull the drill bit or kick or do anything weird.
Price
If you want something for around the house at a great price for the power and build this is a must buy.
I feel it should have a better trigger response for the money, so only 4 stars.

Shipping
One of the received sets was faulty, but it was all resolved at the amazon level within a few days.
Packaging/appearance
The drill came neatly packed in the box and was able to assemble the handle on it and the tool ready to go fairly quickly.
Like the first two reviewers, i also received an open unit without all the packaging and accessories.
I was slightly disappointed when i saw that the box was half open upon arrival.
I wish the tool came in a case.
Competitiveness
This hammer drill is working just the way i have found other brands to work.
I use dewalt and milwaukee at work and i can say the power and feel are fairly similar.
Apple did this kind of thing with their charging cables, every printer brand does that with their cartridges (often specific ca... Read More
Additionally, i noticed that the trigger sensitivity on the greenworks drill is not as precise as the milwaukee, making it slig... Read More
