Pros

Greenworks is a bit more expensive than the other well rated brand i tried but worth every penny. Works great and is not heavy like the gas powered one. Plenty of power for a small and compact unit.

We were shocked at how quickly and easily a decade's worth of grime was washed away. The cement around the pool was horrible, now looks awesome. Heavy moss on the north side.

Plug in a hose (need the right adaptor) and start spraying. Tie a sinker or simple weight would work. The handheld assembly gets a little heavy after awhile.

Cons

The pressure washer has a fatal design flaw. It is my opinion that greenworks should redesign their power washer. It's stated to have 2000 psi of pressure.

Box up, drive to po. Can’t get a replacement part. Piece of *. The cast metal where it cracked is junk!

The chat is dismal, robotic and designed to keep the customer from accomplishing anything. The chat spins you in circles so that thing is worthless. Their chat is clueless!

I have only just started to use this washer but i an say that it is detnifely very well made and excellent quality.

The first time i used it, i released the handle off and on and after a while it started surging and the pump kept disengaging.

Everything i purchase from greenworks has been top notch.

Price

For the price that i paid, it's a good pressure washer.

Packaging/appearance

I just had to print out the return label and put it on the box that i put everything in and drop it off at the ups store.
