I've finally been able to use it through the whole season so can report on the product.
Price
Best price was on amazon with prime free shipping.
I have other gw products, so tool only price was great.
Packaging/appearance
I think it allows more of the clippings to get into the bag.
It throws dry grass of just about any length to the back of the bag.
I don't have a large yard so about 3/4 of the 2amp battery is all that it takes to leave a nice freshly cut yard.
So, my first one was stolen and the second i left unprotected in the rain.
Competitiveness
No more worries about not starting up right awayno more oil changesno more running out of gasi love this little 19 40v mower.
Works like a champ even in tall thick grass.
I have a greenworks mower, trimmer and chainsaw.
My first greenworks mower lasted 6 years and broke, but i liked the concept.

If that happens you need to let the batteries cool down a bit before you attempt to charge it

I am sure i can get the job done with this but it being electric i would rather just have a used lawn mower on backup that starts and runs for messy or harder jobs this is not a mower that you can just leave outside to the elements

The deck and handle are steel but the rest is some pretty tough plastic
