I am not sure what happened in the molding of the spool but it is 1mm to small for the drive shaft on the trimmer. They claim its a greenworks dual line spools but received a single line knock-off spool.

The line breaks constantly - it is much more brittle than the old string. The string continually jams on the spool requiring your to take it out and loosen the string. It's hard to put the cartridge back i place because the lines keep coming out of th... Read More

Thank you for listing to my concerns. Otherwise, beware. I'm not sure if i just got a bad batch or if this is the quality everyone else has experienced. Won't be ordering from again.
