The bump head slides out of the string spool. I am so tired of contacting customer support with someone replying that only knows what the manual says.

This is very well made and the 40 volt lasts about an hour.
Greenworks reliability, well made for the homeowner, easy to use, powerful enough for normal usage.
Unfortunately the trimmer head had a wobble to it that made the vibration unbearable so it was returned.
They come a mess from the factory, which causes the string to jam and fail to feed.
Price
The 13 inch serves well for the typical 30 feet of sidewalk and driveway (and costs much less.
So not only did we get a good deal on just a weed wacker it comes with a battery that can work as a spare for our lawn mower now too.

It took almost 2 weeks to ship.
It was sold and shipped by amazon so this shipping time was unreasonable.

Make sure you read the manual to look at the way line is respooled

Also be sure you fit the bump head back on the head correctly or it will not push down
