If you keep oil in the reservoir adjust the chain frequently and avoid torqueing the bar in the cut you are making this saw is going to please you

When there is a problem with the chain it is very difficult to adjust because to adjust it there is a very small screw to turn

The only drawback is that it is very heavy and rather tiring to use even without the extension pole the extension pole makes it impossibly heavy at least for my degree of upperbody and back strength and i cant use it for the highest branches
