Pros

The best tool i have from them is their chain saw. This was easily fixed by prying the teeth apart with a flathead screwdriver. I'm a 70 year old who works out regularly and was able to get the job done.

The battery outlasts me. It is a lot sturdier than the first generation.

The chainsaw is very powerful with the 40v battery, much stronger than my old chainsaw that run on 20v.

Cons

Main issue is with the chain getting loose and you have to constantly tighten it. Also the bar oil leaks horribly. Try home depot instead of amazon.

Given there is no paperwork and they want me to pay postage, the orginial burnt out trimmer will sit in my garage until greenworks contacts me. Received zero response.

What's with hedger gears jamming on thin sticks? Video also notes that once it jams like that if you manage to fix it, it's even more likely to jam in the future.

This might be the best buy i've ever made.

It’s well worth the full price of $240.

The hedge trimmer alone is worth it if you have tall hedges and it’s on sale!
