2 days later i received a brand new charger free of charge because it was under warranty.

Packaging/appearance

Came completely packed up, only missing 1 screw i happened to have one similar i installed, seems to work fine now.

Be careful though the item i received was in a resealed box and the chainsaw still had some cutting residue on it.
