Greenworks 80v string trimmer does the job. Much quieter than gas powered trimmers. String seems to be stronger than other * cutters.
The battery lasts long enough to trim both my lawn and my neighbor's as well. It's a lot lighter than i was expecting, so i carried it for two hours.

Cons
Tried to contact customer service by telephone and e-mail. Product support just keeps asking for what i've already sent. New batteries apparently have a 4-yr warranty now but product support wouldn't honor the new warranty.
Buyer beware. Explicative deleted. I'm done with greenworks. Makes me not a happy camper.
I understand that there is a pandemic, but that's no excuse for terrible customer service, especially when it's your defective product. They are rude and short on the phone and no help.
