Pros

I have been pleasantly surprised by the life of this unit on a full charge. Charged it up and took it for a spin blowing debris, dirt and leaves off my driveway, porch and sidewalk. Only complaint is the battery life is only 20 minutes.

Cruise control works ideally for my wife with her arthritic hands. Will continue to use it for light leaf removal and even blowing snow off the sidewalks at my condo.

First impression is very good. Thank you for the great service and quick replacement.

Cons

Customer service, technical support and warranty guarantee are poor. Poor quality, poor reliability and poor warranty. Shame on me.

There was a loud grinding noise a couple of times at motor start-up. Guessing the shielding around the motor is not adequate. This leaf blower is basically a kids toy.

This leaf blower is so powerful, and not too heavy, that i love blowing leaves.

It has strong power to it when blowing and i can use the battery interchangeably on other greenworks lawn equipment.

In fact my husband, who is supposed to be blowing these leaves, cannot get any blower time.

The leaf blower does start getting heavy after sometime.
