The live agent never appears after 10 minutes. What's extra frustrating is that those were a great 30 minutes--it was (briefly) a great trimmer.

Used it over the weekend and very happy after my first 3 trimmingscuts nice and easyeasy to hold and control

This thing cuts smoothly, light weight & efficient.

This trimmer is pretty weak and will not cut branches that are anything more than pencil thick without multiple cuts on the same spot.

My b&d 20v battery gave out on me and honestly, it could not do my entire yard on a single charge.

For that price, it is a great buy and it help to get my bushes trimmed quickly.

This cuts hedges very well for a very reasonable price.

The price i paid for this hedge trimmer was $29 plus taxes it came in around $32.

It's good for the $30 i paid for it.
