Pros

Greenworks pro 80v 10” blade pole saw is awesome. Works great with my 80 volt chainsaw battery. This is so quiet i didn't need my noise-cancelling headphones i use with my regular gas powered 18 chain saw.

Heavy due to 80v battery, but can be balanced with shoulder strap. Only issue is you can't remove a section of the polesaw to shorten it and still use it. The shoulder harness is a single point attachment at the center of gravity.

Cons

Most positive reviews were either written *, paid-for by greenworks advertisers, or faked to intice purchases. Big concern is the pot metal, or aluminum bracket *.

The chain loosens frequently. It jumps off the bar when it loosens during cuts. Even when you use the shoulder strap, the balance is no where near even. The cutting chain easily comes off saw blade.

The charger was not properly packaged. The 3 stickers on the charger are only stickers to indicate the definition of the large charger led - they are not leds themselves! They refuse to answer whether it was shipped as a refurbished one.

Very pleased with the service provided, not to mention the new model works fantastic.

But those are minor complaints compared to the quality of this machine.

I'm 6'6" tall, so my reach with the 10 foot pole is really good.
