Easy to use and not heavy. Easy to assemble. The warehouse they ship from is in scarborough ontario. Only problem is that i find the bottom catchers on my deck.

The snow blower is indeed lightweight. There seems to be lingering issues with the pcb. Wish they had put more thought into their wheel design.

Many things are not true about this machine and battery. The battery only has a two year warranty. Ours has not lasted longer than 21 minutes.

Customer service is not friendly. Where is the quality control before this product is shipped out? Waste of money. Useless for canadian winter and not recommended at all.
