Pros

Not too loud, lightweight, and strong enough to do the job. This a little heavier otherwise works well.

Cons

Tried reaching out to greenworks and was on hold for 40 min before giving up. Won't even make a noise. Batteries work with my other 60v appliances so it's not them.
