Pros
Greenworks 21 80v mower with 21 steel deck is a good buy! High wheels make a huge difference. Bumpier ride than my previous (jd) mower. At that price this lawnmower takes on a new meaning.
It's not perfect but the pluses outweigh the negatives by far. Comparable to competitive options from other brands.
Ah 80v battery provides sufficient runtime to handle most small to medium yards. Have mowed about a 1/2 acre yard 3 times now with no issues. I have a 30a circuit that handles 2 of them well.
It's thinner and the lid you have to be gentle with. Nice padding on the handle. I tend to not let my lawn get overgrown.
Cons
Tried to start it today and nothing. Not even a beep or a ding, nothing. Makes a weird beeping noise but doesn’t run.
Customer service is only available by phone. No one picks up, and if they do pick up, they put you on hold and never come back. You call and they tell you that the call center is closed, despite supposedly being open 9-5 monday through friday. Amazon ... Read More
Is no chump change, and i bought this thinking it would be a good lawn care investment. Horrible company, questionable products. Would not buy again, ever. Apr - ordered this product ($450.

Easy setup, light weight, seems to cut the grass decent.
Light weight, easily put together, very manueverable for this 74 yo f.
First time it didn’t cut the blades evenly leaving brown edges where it cut
However, after the second full charge, it lasted and hour and only used half a charge.
Price
25 acres worth of grass in one charge.
A replacement is a bit costly so before i ordered one i checked the battery to see if it had any charge left.
My yard isn't large, so i purchased one that is not self propelled for less $$.
Shipping
Customer service is great and will quickly send a new part that is broken.
It would be five stars, but the shippers damaged the front wheels.
Competitiveness
Compared to others, it has a longer battery life, is comfortable to maneuver, and performs well.
I bought the 80volt mower and like it even better.
The cut is as good as other mowers.
