Pros

Smokes great with 3 1/2 holes drilled along the side. I am not sure if the negative commenters know how to use a *.

The maverick et-732 does not work as a */grill thermometer. Flimsy design also makes this not only a bad choice to cook with, but unless you're careful, potentially dangerous. Weber smokey mountain instead.

Just smoked chicken, ribs pork butt and veggies and it held temp between 220-240 for 7 hours so far and the meat tastes amazing.

Take a glass full of ice and calibrate it to zero in that glass then test it out.
