For a large family like ours we eat a full pound of bacon at our sunday morning breakfast and without overlapping it it does not hold the whole package

To recap all you have to do is drape the bacon over the triangle rack and the bacon will cook evenly on both sides since the rack is pretty much a tunnel and the air can flow freely through it

As another reviewer suggested using the convection setting on the oven if you have one is the fastest 10 minutes 350 degrees and will result in crispy bacon while the setting the oven to bake 375 degrees still takes only 15 minutes
