Pros

This hand griper workout kit includes many items. Works all the muscles in your fingers, hand, wrist. Great for rehab and in general.

Don't hesitate to buy this. Great little habit while driving. Highly recommend this set.

Cons

The finger stretcher is broken. The other two items are barely used. Poor quality, broken within a few weeks of purchasing.
