It's very convenient to use these and the quality seems great.
The quality is much better than i expected and i've used these every day so far.
Handle grips are somewhat cushioned, but the ankle straps lack quality.
I need more tutorials to maximize the use, but overall, very happy!

After buying these i looked at walmart and they had something similar for the same price which is annoying

As far as the bands i only use the 50 lbs because the others arent enough weight for me but for someone who isnt trying to build a lot of muscle or an elderly individual it would be beneficial
