Pros

The hand squeeze thing is the best tool in the pack. I mostly use the circle one and egg shaped. The squeeze egg is soft with a good feel.

Cons

Feels like something broke off inside the handle and is not stopping the number wheel as it rotates. It's brittle compared to others. Catastrophic failure of the retaining ring.

This is not worth the money as no responds either when i reached out to amazon for them to get in contact with the supplier.

Mainly purchased for the grip strengthener, which is passable quality.

It sucks because i use it every day to train my forearms so that i can have a stronger grip for pull-ups/ pulling exercises.
