The faucet is small - the water from it barely touches the drain of my sink, and i believe my sink is standard size for a 4-inch faucet.
I would recommend a grohe faucets, they are professional grade products.

I noticed that there is a groove inside the plate around the edge plastic insert is smaller than the plate

Otherwise water would flow under the plate and stay there although foam gasket will not let it to get to the sink holes

Another minor issue is that drain tube does not have a gasket to make the tube rim watertight my sink drain hole does not allow use of plumber putty around the rim

This means that water will leak around the drain plug when it is in close position not really holding water in the sink

The set parts are made of metal with exception of the seals and the drain plug retainer that has hole for the drain plug lift rod

I did not want to smooth it out by a file as it would remove chrome finish from the lever edge

Also the drain plug sits quite loose in the drain tube it tilts too easy

Although i noticed that other manufacturers have a similar drain plug design may be there is a reason for this
