Pros
The shower water flow is amazing and always energizing. High powered water flow with an even and extremely wide dispersion pattern. Blast of clod water is a bit more than usual, due to the longer arm and some water in the large head.
This rain head has plenty of pressure and prolongs hot water. The shower itself is a soft rainfall pattern with all three settings. From the smartrain spray to an invigorating massage pattern it offers more than i expected.
It's easy to toggle between all three zones while you're in the shower. Switching between modes is a smooth turning operation - just the right resistance. The head has a ball adjustment allowing you to change the aim anytime.
The price is very reasonable for how well it works. It's pure bliss and so worth the price.
The chrome finish on this shower head is gorgeous, and it arrived in flawless condition. The head is excellent quality and feels great. I have a few grohe faucets in the house and i find them to be excellent quality.
Cons
Water flow is much lower than advertised. Gpm but looks much less than that. The material is simple brass, not high quality. The water flow is very weak, disappointing!

For a fixture that will probably be scrubbed clean at least monthly it should be made of chromed metal
