The unusual annular design probably contributes to this because it gives the effect of a very wide water spread but maintains the pressure by not having nozzles distributed over a continuous disc

The other brands who just sell the same chinese import and rebrand them have nothing on this

It does require a bit of pressure do not expect it to boost your water pressure and especially with an electric shower it can be a bit weak but it is not the fault of the product which performs handsomely otherwise
