Once the plastic relaxes into place after a few uses it's perfect. Smooth finish equals easy maintenance. Seems sturdy and durable and is easy to wipe clean.
Cons
The shower pipe began to leak by the end of march. The fittings are not flush. It is rigid even after hot water goes through and springs back when you put it into a shower holder.

The previous hose lasted 17 years so here's hoping the quality is the same!

Unfortunately it isn't the shower head's side and you need go rotate it with the whole hose.
If the quality is important for you it's excellent, but if you look for something fancy or luxury no it does not look great.
