Too complex to install even for a skilled plumber. The controls are complex. The volume control is useless.

I did not install yet, but seems to be a very good product.
Best of all, though, is the quality of this unit.
Overall, i am very happy with this trim design, but not blown away by the quality of the finish.
Price
Keep that in mind when you are looking at cost.
And also the total cost when you include installation will be pretty high.

The plumber installed the smartbox and i did the rest.

I knew this was the divertercontrols for me the minute i laid eyes on it all in one not multiple knobs and temp controls and thank the lord no pullup diverter on the tub spout my old set up never really worked correctly and broke twice in 9 years

You cannot buy just the valve or just the trim

So be aware if anything happens to one part youre going to have to pay another 400 for the whole component
