You do need converters at the bottom of the tails otherwise they wont fit the pipework

The supplies to tap are only 6mm8mm and tend to restrict flow even with mains pressure water the flow rate is not good

You need an adaptor from your existing plumbing to a 38 bsp there is most likely a metric equivalent to this but its not a straightforward 38 to mm conversion
