Grohe usa sent pictures as requested. Easy to install, no leaks, works well with a smooth pull-out action. Lifetime warranty requires you to keep the original sales receipt.

Cons

I'm sorry i have to resort to writing a bad review, but it is my only option. I find it very coincidental that the product malfunctioned so soon after the end of the return period. Its a waste of time and money.

It works great and was easy to install

Exactly what i needed, easy to install, works perfectly!

Last time we purchased a replacement brand for this grohe hose and it burst and was totally unusable in about a year.

After the hose is free, unscrew the sprayer from the other end by turning the knurled metal fitting.

Price

Bottom line, this $36 expense saved me from having to install a whole new faucet.

Saved me $50 and worked to perfection.

In other words, unless i could produce a receipt, i could pay them a bunch of money for a replacement part.

I hope this review helps those trying to save some money.

The big disappointment was that the package did not include the coil or spring that surrounds the hose.

Decided to pay more and skip the off brand replacements as their reviews were mixed.

While there were no installation instructions with the new hose, instructions are more than likely available on the grohe website.

I ordered this piece and it was the same exact thing (including all the boxing and upc) as the plumbing supply store.
